Our process in 5 steps
#1 You discovered our work as a Wedding Planner in Bordeaux or Marrakech, through Instagram, a blog, a directory, or via our website, and you want to know more ?
Write to us via contact form, and we commit to getting back to you within 48h to schedule a quick call, allowing us to share key information.
#2 Following this call, we will be able to assess the feasibility of your wedding based on its main characteristics : venue, date, budget, number of days, and number of guests.
#3 Our exchange convinced you ? Do you want to go further ? We schedule a more in-depth meeting to discuss in detail your wedding, your desires, and your dreams !
#4 Following this initial meeting involving all three of us, we will complete within a maximum of 10 days, an initial research and creative process to provide you with a qualified proposal that we believe aligns with your vision of the ideal wedding.

Our wedding planner rate for a wedding in France starts at 6400€. It includes :
– L’étude complète et sur-mesure de votre projet.
- The creation of tools accessible 24/7 online in order to follow all the stages of the organization.
- Creating a WhatsApp group with 3 members to share, express, comment on your desires, and ensure good responsiveness in our exchanges.
- The search for your reception venue and administrative management, as well as the organization of your visits, according to your availability.
– The scenographic research of your wedding, the creation of a unique atmosphere, which resembles you.
– The consultation and management of caterers and the organization, according to your availability, of your tastings.
– La constitution de votre équipe de prestataires pour votre mariage, 100% adaptée à votre projet (lieux, traiteurs, musiciens et dj, animations diverses, mise en beauté, papeterie, décoration, art floral, locations, photo & vidéos, navettes et hébergements pour vos convives, babysitters, voiture de luxe, …. et tout autre prestataire que nous trouverons ensemble, indispensables à votre mariage.).
– Monitoring of contracts, budget and schedules
- Our professionalism, creativity, authenticity at your service, and our availability, listening to you whenever you feel the need, through regular exchanges (multiple channels : messages, calls, emails, ...).
- Complete coordination of your wedding on the big day (and other days as per your project) with at least one senior wedding planner project manager and an assistant.
